This couch wasn`t just dirty. It was pilled — and there`s a difference.

Our client`s beige couch had collected pills from every blanket, every outfit, every piece of fabric that ever touched it. Dark, multicolour, and stubborn — making a beautiful couch look like it had given up.

Upholstery shampooing alone? Not enough. Pills require a whole process before the clean even begins.
