Responsibilities:
- Residential Cleaning:
- Perform regular cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as but not limited to; carpet and upholstery cleaning, interior window washing, and appliance cleaning.
- Laundry: Sorting, Washing, Folding
- Home Organization
- Handle move-in/move-out and post-renovation/post-construction cleaning with attention to detail.
- Provide customized cleaning services as per client requests, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Commercial Cleaning:
- Clean office spaces, commercial buildings, and other non-residential properties.
- Perform routine tasks such as emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Conduct specialized cleaning services including floor care, window cleaning, and post-construction cleanup.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning requirements they may have.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 Years Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Tech familiarity, with working knowledge of using Apps, similar to WhatsApp, Google Maps (etc.)
