Responsibilities:

1. Residential Cleaning:
   • Perform regular cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.
   • Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as but not limited to; carpet and upholstery cleaning, interior window washing, and appliance cleaning.
   • Laundry: Sorting, Washing, Folding
   • Home Organization
   • Handle move-in/move-out and post-renovation/post-construction cleaning with attention to detail.
   • Provide customized cleaning services as per client requests, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
   • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
2. Commercial Cleaning:
   • Clean office spaces, commercial buildings, and other non-residential properties.
   • Perform routine tasks such as emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
   • Conduct specialized cleaning services including floor care, window cleaning, and post-construction cleanup.
   • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
   • Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning requirements they may have.

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 Years Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is mandatory.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Tech familiarity, with working knowledge of using Apps, similar to WhatsApp, Google Maps (etc.)
